Morrow’s online portal is now available for submissions!
Permit application submission requires account registration through Community Core. If you are a contractor or community member/homeowner, click the “REGISTER WITH MORROW” link below to create your Community Core account for the City of Morrow. Please note that permits applications are processed Monday – Thursday during regular office hours.
Submissions for all trades require a copy of the current license issued by the State Construction Industry Licensing Board and a driver’s license. A copy of a current occupational/business license from a jurisdiction within the State of Georgia is required for the issuance of all permits. Emailed fee payment can be made by using the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form.
Permit forms may also be mailed, emailed or delivered in person to the Planning & Economic Development Department at Morrow City Hall. Regular office hours are Monday-Thursday 8AM-4PM
